Thanks for this info. We are related to the Brooks also. I had a
uncle named Lester Brooks.

Two more things come to mind:
1) A clue to my family members and ancestors is the Theophilus
middle name.

2) I think I have tons of relatives in the Darlington area? or is it
Darliston? especially Powells.
