Victor Charles Tambolleo

Victor Tambolleo was from my hometown, Cumberland, Maryland, and is still locally remembered well. My father also served in the Navy's Pacific Theater during World War II. As a Navy veteran and Life Member (Vietnam Era) of both Cumberland's American Legion Post 13 and VFW 1411, but a new member of Footnote.com, I am surprised that I am the first from his hometown to visit this website (Is it new?). I think that the Person Page is a great idea! These men need to be remembered, not as names on a marble wall, but as the human beings they were. I'll see what I can to do about this for Victor Tambolleo. In the meantime, "Fair Winds and Following Seas." steven69her@aol.com
