Lawrence Strickland. My father. Oh - there is NO W. in his name. They looked on his birth certificate - no W. They thought it was Wilke - but NOT. He graduated from MIT in 1952 and went on to work for Texas Instruments. He was also a pilot during WW II and was stationed in Pensacola FL where he met and married my mom. My hero!
