Richard, I tried to talk you out of going with the Marine Recon unit that day in Chu Lai but it was something you wanted....I remember you coming thur MedBn one day with your shotgun and you were proud of the job you were doing....I also remember the day I took you off the medevac, you looked so peaceful....It was if it was only yesterday...I remember our C.O., George Harris, getting us all together to send a remembrance to your family.....Go in peace, Richard..
