Norman E Closson, son of Justin Arthur Closson and Mable Lela Craig, born 21 April 1921 in Seattle, King, Washiington and was (KIA) Killed in Action on 7 October 1944 during WWII.

On 20 August 1942, Norman Closson enlisted in the U.S. Army in Portland, Clackamas County, Oregon.

Norman Closson was a Private in (HQ) Head Quarters Company, 1st (BN) Battalion 506 PRCMT Infantry, U.S. Army, Serial # 39315453.
