As I was told by 3 of Pop's siblings, none of them ever got to finish school due to the times, but some did get their GED equivalent, like Pop did.

This was my father. His full name was Harry Eugene Hatch. He was born June 6, 1923 in Seattle. He married my mother, Dorothy Henshaw, September 1956. Pop died January 1994 from kidney failure in Boise, Idaho. He was previously married to Gwendolyn Wilson and divorced about 1952. They had a daughter, Toni, in 1949. Pop retired from the USAF in 1964. He fathered 5 daughters with 3 women from 1949 to 1962: Toni, Dorothy Anna (named for his sister), me (Rebecca/Becky), Melody, and LeAnn/Laura.
