"Mo" Martinez, Crew Chief 321st BG, 445th BS, MTO WWII

| Corsica France

Martinez, Elmo J. "Moe", M/Sgt, engineer-gunner (39164756)(crew chief 42-53373)("Mo" not "Moe" per 57th MO1_1974) (NARA - 39164756 MARTINEZ#ELMO#J# CA LOS ANGELES FT MACARTHUR SAN PEDRO CA 41)

(crew chief 42-53373 per Fred Lawrence Summer 09 57th)

Elmo Joseph and Betty Jean (1924-1996) were married on 28 Oct. 1947 in Las Vegas.  They have 2 sons... Vincent and Michael, daughter Gail and one Granddaughter.

MO Martinez was a B-25 Mechanic, then a Crew Chief and then a LINE Chief.

The B-25 "WET DREAMS" #42-64667 is a 445th Ship, not an original but one of the 1st few batches of replacement ships (I believe) and her Crew Chief is Mo Martinez... that'd be M/Sgt ELMO J Martinez (living as of last summer) and he became a Line Chief so is not mentioned on ships that I can remember since Wet Dreams... there are TONS of pictures of Mo in the Fred Lawrence book and they were fast friends until 10 or 15 years ago and then did not speak until right before Fred passed. He lives only down the hill from where Fred lived but either did not know Fred passed or just did not attend the funeral. (Mo is after all, well over 90) I will page through the book and see if he is with any other ship.
I also have a good shot of Wet Dreams from 447th R/G Edmund Rogowski, I placed the 3 from the AAF.com in the (445th ships) file and I believe ONE is new there also.... 445 Seegmiller then has a picture of her and then 380th Marion Hall has her. I also have an Ambum on Lt Don McCormack who flew her with a few articles but his ships name was not mentioned.....
