A Brief History of Charles R Carr

Rawlins, Wyoming, USA

While my father was a among the "Old-Age-Category" being classifed as he was he went about the "Call To Serve" was accepted and went on to serve in many MOS of a Mechanic.

This man, a quiet family person, non assuming what military service entailed.

At the age of 38, he would be considered in todays time a rather middle-aged.  He went on serve his country in many epic collisions of was to include "The Battle of-the-Bulge"

He returned home, with a Purple-Heart, awarded for recieving a head wound which tore into is skull and a bullet fragment remained as a remberance throught his life.

From his son, who could not hold a candle to anyone that is a member of any past military service.
