Wallace Stanz received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Northwestern University, reported in the Chicago Times, June 7, 1942. (His fraternity was Phi Kappa Sigma.) After WWII he returned with his wife, Martha K Perry, whom he met at Camp Seibert. US Army Chemical Corps Training facility, Attalla, AL After WWII they moved to South Bend, IN and work in the family business, Stanz Cheese Co. Today (2012) it is still family run as Stanz Food Service there.
