GUIDER, C. JAMES, 80, of Clearwater, died Friday (Jan. 10, 1997) at Columbia Clearwater Community Hospital, Clearwater. He was born in Soddy, Tenn., and came here in 1956 from Rossville, Ga. He owned Guider's Restaurant, Clearwater Beach. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Largo, Rossville Masonic Lodge 397, and Tides Golf Club, Largo. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Beatrice Wingo; four sons, Neal Wingo, Inglis,, Jack Wingo, Melbourne Beach, Terry Guider, Conyers, Ga., and Jack Guider, Chattanooga, Tenn.; a daughter, Joyce Whitaker, Chattanooga; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
