Roby born 5 April 1920 in Elk Valley, Tennessee, Died 24 April 1987, buried Warren Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Elk Valley, Tennessee. Married Dereeda Phillips 1944, Married Grace Douglas 1947. Had three children - William by Dereeda, and Paul and Nancy by Grace.
