William Mann was residing in Dauphin County, Pa. and enlisted at Harrisburg Pa on 6 March, 1943. William was born in 1924, he was white, citizen, completed high school and was single at enlistment.

William died in a tragic training accident out of South Carolina. Lt Joe Brady (one of the Pilots) was a Combat Veteran of the MTO, B-25 Mitchells of the 310th Bomb Group, 446th BS and also of the 310th BG, 379th BS. 50 Combat Missions.
