Daddy was on Quartermaster divison and working in the North African Dessert. He helped build an Ice House Near Morroco. He was on supply delivery and was lost in the dessert.

When he was brought back to the US he was at Walter Reed hospital 40 pounds lighter and had no idea who he was or where he was . There are deeper wounds of war than those made by bullets.
