Milton L. "Milty" Christman, 91, of Cardinal Way, Fleetwood, died February 21, 2007, in his residence. He was the husband of Florabelle C. (Hilbert) Christman. They were married on June 26, 1947. Born on October 18, 1915, in Little Gap, he was the son of the late Ralph and Ida (Latshaw) Christman. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Topton. He was a 1st Infantry Division Staff Sergeant in the Army during World War II and was involved in three invasions. He was awarded a Bronze Star medaland a Purple Heart medal. He was a member of Ray A. Master American Legion Post 217, Topton. He worked at Caloric Corporation, formerly of Topton, for 44 years, retiring in 1980.


Services: Memorial, 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2007, Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich St., Kutztown, with Rev. Robert G. Argot Jr. officiating. Inurnment with Military Honors in Topton Union Cemetery. Call 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
