This is my Dad. He was stationed in Hawaii, I believe Honolulu. He passed away on May 19, 2000. I found a Certificate of Technical Training for his Army days. He was in the Air Corps Technical School located in Boca Raton Field, Fla. There he was trained as a Radio Mechanic The two certificates are dated December 11, 1942 and January 2, 1943. He was in the Army Air Force. If I can find it, I have a book of his time spent at Scott AirForce Base in Illinois (or Indiana). It has pictures of all the commanding officers and all the persons that were there for their basic training. It reminded me of a school yearbook.
