The name Yatkones is lithuanian not fillipino. This is probably a transcription error. My uncle was born in Lackawanna County, Pennwylvania. He was a pilot in the Army Air Corp stationed in Hawaii duringWWll. He was also stationed at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania when he 1st enlisted
