History of Joseph Costelnic
Joseph was born in Youngstown, Ohio. His father was a tailor, who passed away at a young age, and his mother remarried; (name unknown), and she left him as he was abusive, and moved to Sheridan, Wyoming in about 1915 with Joseph, and two other children; Anna (born in 1909) and Jack (or John) (born in 1911). As she had to work, the kids were left alone, but were taken away from her and placed in foster homes. Joseph and Jack (John) went to foster homes (Joseph to one, and Jack (John) to another) in Cowley, Wyoming and Anna to Wheatland, Wyoming. Joseph died in Oregon in 1992, Anna died in Casper, Wyoming in 1996 and Jack (John) died in Powell, Wyoming in 2003.
