William Derlien

William John Henry was born in Germany. Landed in the US 1925 immigrtatiion # 34290- stats- height 5'5" hair dark brown eyes blue. Stated he was going to visit his cousin Omiby Peterson at 39 Booth St. Stratford, Conn. In the 1930 Census Willy lived as a Boarder with the Barth Family. Willy married Loretta H. Schultz b. June 2, 1899 in Bflo. NY but I have no date or place. In the 1934 Buffalo City Directory they were living in the Cloverbank-Wanakah area which is in Hamburg, New York. In the Rhode Island, City Directory of 1942, they were living at 128 Alfred Browne Street WB, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Rhode Island. When they moved to 2036 Riverside in Providence RH I don't know. This is the last residence listed for Willy. I know Willy adopted a son, William Donald. After Loretta died on Oct. 16, 1946, William married Mabel E.Burrows, b. 10 March 1896 d. 1 Jan. 1994 at the age of 97. Willy died 20 March 1977. William and Mabel are buried in the Rutledge Cemetery in Conewango, New York. Willy had a brother--Charles Francis born in Lancashire England but reloacated to Germany.
