Jay's Last Letter Home

November 8, 1941 | Pearl Harbor, HI

Jay sent home a letter talking about how the USS Arizona was supposed to go to San Francisco for maintenance.  However, their orders were changed to stay in Pearl Harbor.  Little did he know that one month later he would be killed in the Pearl Harbor bombing.

This is one the most touching tributes to a fallen hero that I've ever seen may Mr. Young rest in peace and god bless his family those of us who care about our veterans and those who gave the ultimate sacrifice thank you for your service and all the Arizona fellas those alive and passed on we salute you thank you so much.
