My Father

Leonard Franklin Hammerstrand was my father. His parents were Alma Erickson and Frank Hammerstrand of Sweden. Leonard was in the U. S. Navy aboard the USS Saratoga during WWII. He lived on Utah Street in San Diego before he died of a heart attack. My parents lived on Texas Street before the war.
