Jennie Elmlund

Jennie Olive Stromberg [Elmlund] (1182-1977) was the 4th child (daughter) of Per August Petersson Stromberg (1850-1910/11) and Sara Bjata Johanson Gundersdotter (1851-1921). Per August & Sara Bjata emigrated to the United States of America from Sweden about 1873. The siblings of Jennie Olive were: Ernest Stromberg; Edward Stromberg, Oscar Nathanael Stromberg, and Elmer Leonard Stromberg. Jennie Olive became ill with Tuberculosis and was sent to Riverside, CA for her health. Jennie Olive met Per Emil Elmlund in Riverside, CA and married him on March 6, 1097 in Riverside, California. Jennie Olive & Per Emil had four children: Beatrice Mae Elmlund [Schott]; Selma Elvera Elmlund; Irvin Oscar Elmlund; and Herbert Winfred Elmlund. Bea married Roscoe Albert Schott on May 18, 1926 in Riverside, CA. Herbert W Elmlund married Marion Hauser on April 9, 1945 in Riverside, CA. Elvera & Irvin never married. Jennie Olive was my grandmother.
