Ruth Ann Manning was from Henderson NV, where she attended Basic High School.
In February 1983, Ruth was a slightly underage cocktail waitress, working at the Marina Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Later in 1983 when Ruth actually turned 21, she returned to work as a cocktail waitress at The Westward Ho Hotel/Casino also on the Las Vegas Strip.
A couple of Ruth's favorite things were sundresses & the cologne Ciara by Revlon.
Ruth Ann is survived by her son by Randall Dean Cagle, her Daughter Ashly Norman & Son Michael Norman.
Ruth was preceded in death by her 4th husband Larry Wade Lepper within a few short months of their July 1999 marriage.
*Possibly due to the short duration of Ruth's last marriage, SSDI records her name as Ruth Smith and Henderson, NV as her last known address.
