Albert A Stone

This man , Arthur Albert Stroming or AKA Albert Arthur Stone is my Father, He also has 1 other daughter , my sister by our mother then he has possibly 1 Son by his 1st wife and one son by a woman he never bothered to marry who goes by the name Stroming also has 1 son by his 3rd wife who like my sister and I when by the  maiden name  Stone. I did not find this all out till after He had died so had no chance to ask him  why he changed his name. He lived under the name STONE for about 55 years from about 1935 To 1990. He was involved with a lot of activities in Ely, Nevada

He worked for Lewis Brothers Stage Bus as a driver, Copper Miner, worked for the Ely Ice Cream & Dairy,Diesel mechanic for Nevada Dept. of Transportation for 23 Years, Served the Nevada Fish and Game Dept. on the Management board for 3 years, White Pine Rodeo Assoiation, Ely,Nevada Horse Ridding Club and was in the Elks Lodge as Exalter Ruler of Ely Elks Lodge. He was a member of Nevadas Poney Express Riders Club, White Pine Emergency Posse, he also was a member of the White Pine Sportsmen now called The New White Pine Sportsmen since 1939 and served as twice as President and once as Vic President and served on the East Ely Grade school PTA andwas president of the Whie Pine Band Parents for 2 years.

He was a wonderful Man and a Giving Man. His Children Loved Him. I call Him our mystery man now. RIP Dad
