Grandma's Hair

1950s to 1970s | Burlington, Wy

Grandma always wore her long white hair tied in a bun on the back of her head.  When I have seen such a style of hair on any woman, I call it a granny bun.

Whenever we would visit Grandma, she would take out very delicious cookies that she had been baking. She had false teeth and would wear her long hair in a bun at the back of her head. When I see someone wearing her hair that way, I always call it a Granny Bun.
