Brief Biography of Rev. Henry William Gines
Henry Wiiliam Gines grew up in his family's long-time home at 1540 Ashton Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. He was one of ten children born to Dick and Sylvie Gines. In about 1920, Henry accompanied his brother, William Edward Gines (1898-1955) north to Kansas City, where he lived for the next sixty years.
