"Allison R. (Jim) Rosengrant, of RD 2, Tunkhannock, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 1987, in Tyler Memorial Hospital, Tunkhannock [Wyoming County, Pennsylvania].

Born in Clinton Twp., Wyoming County, on Dec. 5, 1912, he was a son of the late Harry B. and Minnie Berry Rosengrant.

He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the VFW Post 398, Roslyn. He was also a member of the Wyoming County Historical Society.

He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Dorothy Curtis.

Surviving are a son, Curtis, Philadelphia; brothers, Glenn, Roslyn; Lloyd, Huntingdon Beach, Calif.

Memorial Services were held Saturday, Fe. 7, at 3 p.m. from the Sheldon Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock, with the Rev. Harold Ridall officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tunkhannock Ambulance Association of the Pennsylvania Wildlife Federation, 2426 North Second St., Harrisburg, Pa. 17110."
