John and "Hoppy" Gwinner were Alta and Ed's great friends, "Hoppy" is Abigail Hopkinson and she and Alta went to Nursing School together.

John owened and operated his "Gwinner Oil" delivery (mostly heating oil, I believe) in Doylestown, PA. John was an outstanding citizen and Chief at the local "Doylestown Fire Company". John and Hoppy retired to St Petersburg Florida for Retirement. The "Ed Ennis Family" visited often :)
