Daniel A Clingaman
Born 25 Sep 1846 in Seneca County, Ohio and died 18 Feb 1951 in Fulton County, Ohio. Served in the Civil War 195th, Co. D as a substitute for someone else. He was the oldest living Civil War veteran in Ohio when he died at the age of 104 years, 4 months, 23 days.
