Daughter of John Chamberlain (1742-1793) and Hannah Lackey (bef. 1770-1811). In 1808, she married Thos. F. Coleburn, with whom she had fourteen known children: Ninian; Wm. F.; John C.; Samuel G.; Margaret Ann; Jas. H.; Mary Jane Sophia; Eliza Leana; Elizabeth E.; Thos. Jefferson; Ann Melessa; Sarah F.; Amanda E.; and Calvin L. The Coleburns moved from Blount Co. to Maury Co. some time before 1815. Her last will and testament, a copy of which is posted here, was a nuncupative will.
