Ambrose Carl Stanek born 11 March 1890, Jablonica #198, Senica, Slovakia, son of Paul Stanek and Christina Kukan Stanek both from Jablonica. Ambrose and his mother Christina emigrated to America in 1895, his father Paul emigrated 1892. They lived in North Union Twp, Fayette County PA. Paul died 1908 (Mill Accident). 1910 Census Christina & her children including 20 yr old Ambrose and his wife Anna age 18,are residing in Clairton, Allegheny County, PA. 1930 Census lists Ambrose & his family at 130 Gerrish Av, East Haven, CT., & 1940 Census at 278 Chidsey Ave, East Haven, CT. Ambrose died 18th January, 1942 East Haven, New Haven County, CT USA.
