Many of these Marines went on to fight in Korea, I know my Uncle Jim Burris did.  I wanted to share this photo with whoever wants it, so please share it and share your stories.  If you know someone in the Platoon please post it and I'll add it to the list.  The Platoon Sergeant and DI's are already identified in the photo.  So I will run the numbers like this, begin at the TOP LEFT and move LEFT to RIGHT, by the way the Squad Leaders are on the left hand side.
