Margaret Ann Moore Macon
She was the wife of Thomas W. Macon, my 4th great grandfather. She moved from Mobile, AL sometime after his death and relocated with what was left of her family to Chicago, about 1880 where she and her daughters Carrie and Marian eventually died, with Carrie passing in 1894, Margaret in 1911, and finally Marian in 1940.

Biography of Margaret Macon
Mobile, AL and Chicago, IL
In 12/1851 she married Thomas Woodward Macon. Thomas died about 1869 or so. For some reason Margaret moved with most of her family to Chicago about 1880 where she later died.
She had about 6 or 7 kids from what I remember. I have located the burials for her sons Marcus and Charles. They are both buried in Magnolia Cemetery in Mobile.
