Robert Kinman HALL

Okolona, Clark County, Arkansas

Robert was born 2 January 1930 to Thomas Josiah & Minnie (Brewer) Hall.  They moved to Texarkana, Miller County, AR and he graduated in May 1947 at North Heights High School.

He was in the Future Teachers of America, the Junior Play and was a member of the Debate Club for two years.

After high school, Robert enlisted in the Army and when the Korean War started, he was one of the first to go.  A PFC, he served in the 9th Inf, 2 Inf Div.   He had barely been in Korea two weeks when he was killed.

Just less than one year after he died, his classmate, Cecil Wayne "Jitter"  Groom was killed.

I have photos I could add. But when I click on "Add Image" all I get are totally unrelated pages from Fold3 that I viewed earlier. Waste of my time.
