My name is DeShunda Miller and I am the daughter of Charlie Bell, my brother and I are his only two children. His precious life was taken awayfrom us at an early age, I was only 10 years old while my brother, Aaron Bluitt, 9. We would love to use this page as a starting place to build fond memories and get to know our family in the process.
