Obituaries of John M. Bowman

Wabasso, Florida

John M. Bowman, 76, a resident of Clinton Corners and Wabasso, Fla., died Dec. 18 at his home in Wabasso. Born in the town of Clinton, Sept 16, 1898, he was the son of Charles W. and Catherine Cornelius Bowman. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Following the service, he worked on the construction of the Al-Can Highway. Mr. Bowman was a retired postmaster in Clinton Corner. Surviving Mr. Bowman are his wife, the former Margaret Coon, and several nieces and nephews. Services were conducted in Florida.

John Bowman

John M. Bowman, 76, a resident of Clinton Corners and Wabasso, Fla., died Dec. 18 at his home in Wabasso.

Born in the town of Clinton, September 16, 1898, he was the son of Charles W. and Catherine (Cornelius) Bowman.

Mr. Bowman wa a retired postmaster in Clinton Corners.  He was an active outdoorsman (no punctuation here - rest of sentence may not have been printed)

Surviving Mr. Bowman are his wife the former Margaret Coon, and several nieces and nephews.
