Civilian Conservation Corps

This is a story about my Dad he just turned 90 years old on 23 of Aug. Dad was telling me a story about when he was a young man of 18. Dad was employed by the U S Army.Dad was sent to Idaho. I understand that is was a program that Presdent F D Roovelt sign when in office to help families help themseleves. They were paid thirty dollars a month which twenty five of it they had to send home to there families. Dad was in Idaho six months and he was sent home. Dad told me that he worked on the roads moving rock and small trees.Dad has many pictures of when he was in Idaho.
