Memorial of my grandfather

My name is Wladyslaw Krzysztof Pawlowski. My first name is the same like my grandfather's. He was born in Lagow in Poland 14 February 1912. He death in 1945 in concentracion camp in Germany. My grandmother told me about him. He was been caught in Warsaw in 1944. Today I found this very important document.
