MCS6933 is Hugh's sibling

Hugh "Skip" Robert McKibbin graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point in 1966. He was All American on the Pistol Team and was later an Airborne Ranger. He was killed-in-action at An Loc R of Vietnam in Feb of 1968. He was awarded the Silver Star posthumously. He is buried at West Point with his classmates. He also received the Purple Heart.

Correction..Hugh was known by his friends as Skip.

Sip was with B Co 34th Armor of the 1st Infantry Division when he was killed leading his former tank platoon into a firefight during the Tet Offensive. His tank was hit by a rocket and Skip was evacuated but died on the way to the hospital.
