Slaves in the Estate of Alexander Robert Chisolm, SC and GA, 1827

Alexander Robert Chisolm was the eldest son of Robert Chisolm. He owned Coosaw Island Plantation in Beaufort District, SC as well as a plantation in McIntosh County, GA.

He died 27 Oct 1827 and is buried at Sheldon Church in Beaufort, SC [1]. In his will, dated 29 May 1827, Alexander Robert Chisolm leaves property and slaves to Chisolm's four sons Alexander R., John M. Edward N. and Robert [2].
