Anna and George Pavlich Posted photo was taken 1975 on the 50th wedding anniversary of George and Anna Pavlich. Ana Glog, daughter of Ivan and Marija Turk Glog, was born 19 December 1909 in Sveti Ivan Zeleni, Croatia. Ana (Anka) emigrated to America at age 3 along with her mother Marija age 23, brother Nikola age 1, and sister Jelka age 2 months on the German Ship Crownprincess Cecilie, sailing from Bremen Germany on 26 November 1912 and arriving at the port of New York on 3 Dec 1912. They would join Ana’s father Ivan Glog (name changed to Glock) already in Pittsburgh, PA. Anne married George Pavlic (name americanized to Pavlich) the son of Nikola Planinac-Pavlic and Rozalija Ladesic-Draganjac Pavlic on 29 October 1925. George and Anne had four children who would live to adulthood, three daughters and one son. They lived in the Pittsburgh area and after retirement resided in Florida. Anne died 7 May 1994
