Grandma Hirlinger

    Mildred A Hirlinger, 73, Northumberland RD2,                                                    

was stricken on Sunday morning,
May 19, 1991, at her home and died shortly afterwards at Sunbury
Community Hospital.
Born July 19, 1917 in Sunbury, she
Was a daughter of the late Paul and
Della (Seasholtz) Snyder. In 1949 she
Married Raymond A Hirlinger, who
Died in 1983.
Mrs Hirlinger attended Sunbury Schools and retired in 1982 from the
Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation, Bureau of Traffic Safety, after 20 years of service.
She was a member of Professional
Business Women of Sunbury and the
Ladies Auxiliary of Dauntless Hook
and Ladder Fire Company,
Selinsgrove.
She is survived by three children,
Sharen A Reichner of Biloxi, MS,
Charles D. Knouse of Las Vegas, NV
and David P. Knouse of Middleburg
RD 2; nine grandchildren; 8 great-
grandchildren and a sister Mae I Ruch
of Northumberland RD 1.
A sister Elizabeth Virginia Showers
preceded her in death.
The funeral will be conducted at 11
a.m. on Thursday at the Joseph W.
Epler Funeral Home, Second and
King Streets, Northumberland by the
Rev. F. Fox pastor of Trinity
Methodist Church. Burial will be in
Riverview Cemetery, Nothumber-
land
Visitors may call from 7 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday at the funeral home.


*Mildred Amrose(Snyder)Hirlinger was also previously married to Charles Daniel Knouse Sr of Sunbury, Pennsylvania from 1933-1946
they had (3) Children from that marriage.
Charles Daniel Knouse Jr, Sharen Amrose Knouse-Reichner & David Paul Knouse.
