Was William Hays at the Battle of Monmouth

The Rev. War Pension Record ties a wife to William Hays and says that he was in Proctors Artillery. The Penna Archives has a Wm Hays in a Proctors Artillery. De we have the right Hays and/or Proctor?? We will start to the Bounty Land Warrant filed in the National Archives Rev. War Pension File
