Oh, my gosh! Footnote.com rocks my world. We are looking for all descendants of this most interesting ancestor! I'm a descendant of Elijah Colvin (seen on Ancestry.com as CALVIN). Elijah's documents have been accessed, researched & were found in so many places across the USA.  We have an entire computer-digital & hard-copy file cabinet drawer full of detailed newspaper articles, census records, data, documents, images, pension papers, suicide note written on the back of an envelope, etc; his two wives, children, his siblings & ancestors!

There is still so much to do, getting this online & published.  So, we need your help to complete his family history mystery as best we can--which he was never able to fully explain or tell.

If you wish to get copies of all that I have, it is not feasible at this time. If you wish to share what you have, I shall likewise share an equal amount with you. If you have nothing to share, please send your known COLVIN family data (all names, addresses, emails, GEDCOMS, & phone #s) along with a personal check or money order as a contribution to our massive personal, non-profit research project on this most interesting ancestor!
