Robert Weimer/Wymer

born 29 May 1836 | born Westmoreland county, Pennsylvania

Robert married Catherine Calvin in Brown county, Ohio, on 15 January 1861 and died at Evansville, Indiana on 17 May 1862 of  typhoid fever.   He was in the Union Army.  Robert is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery at Evansville.  They had a daughter,  Henerietta, born in 1861.  Catherine apparentlydid not remarry.   Henerietta married Edmund Hawthorne .  not much else is known about this family.

I was incorrect as the man Etta married.. she did not marry Edmund Hawthorn.. also her birth year appears to be much later than the death year for Robert Piper WYMER so she isn't his child. The Widows pension records for Catherine WYMER shows Etta's marriage to Walter Brooking in 1913 with her birth year as 1870.
