This Rebecca married one of her cousins up in the Carter Co. group of Heltons. She is part of the descendants of William Helton, and his father Silas Helton. Silas, John and Daniel Helton (who went west with the Cherokees in a1828) are all brothers and the Son of Peter Hilton of Surrey and Burke Co. Peter moved eventually to McMinn county and then Carroll Co. GA. much more on the helton family gen forum.
