OBITUARIES

MILLBROOK—Vincent C. Kelly, 54, a Millbrook resident and formerly of Poughkeepsie, died Aug. 23, 1995 at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie. He worked in the coin room at the Bank of New York in Poughkeepsie.

Mr. Kelly was a member of American Legion Post 1302 in Poughkeepsie and a past county commander. He was also a member of Poughkeepsie Elks Lodge 275. He served in the U.S. Army from Nov. 21, 1963, to Nov. 1, 1965.

Born in Poughkeepsie on Nov. 15, 1940, he was a son of the late John V. Kelly and Dorothy Bowman Kelly, who survives at home. Mr. Kelly is also survived by a brother, John F.; two aunts; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Arrangements were made by the Parmele Funeral Home Inc., 110 Fulton Ave., Poughkeepsie. American Legion Post 1302 held services at the funeral home. Burial was in Upton Lake Cemetery, Town of Clinton.
