George Joseph Grabach
Born August 14, 1932 - Died January 17, 2010. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to Arizona as a very young child. George served in the U.S. Army during the time of the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing, camping, target shooting, and flying. He made his home in the Arizona desert just north of Phoenix. George is survived by his wife Ruth Jane Grabach; his sisters Agnes Leek and Margaret Connolly; his son Chris Grabach; his daughter Cheryl Stevens; granddaughter Ashley Grabach, grandson Shane Stevens, and great granddaughter Kara Marie Mendez. A viewing will be held at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd. from 2:00-4:00 pm with a vigil at 3:00 pm, on Sunday, January 24, 2010.
