The POOLE DNA Project, www.familytreedna.com, is working with the Isaac Garrison Association of Winchester, KY to resolve DNA issues and lineage questions. Relevant information may be contributed here. This issue here relates to entwined families around Douglas County, Missouri in the 1800's. This page is just a draft attempt at locating the Civil War depositions written about by Marti on genforum GARRISON message board- which may represent "proof" of some sort... I am hoping to locate details, i.e. In which pension is Laclede Co, MO mentioned as Abner Garrison & wife Sarah _____ residence? Which military unit? Which name for "James Samuel Garrison". This page has been set up so others can contribute info here related to the North Carolina, Tenn, Missouri migrations, etc. It does not appear that footnote possesses the pension document itself... Effort now closed...no replies.
