Please try resetting your password by visiting the following page:
After filling in the form, you will be sent an email from accounts@fold3.com which will contain a link to our "Change Password" page. You will be prompted to enter a new password. (Note: Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 6 characters.) If you follow these steps, you will be signed in to your account with the new password.
Windows Vista/Windows 7 using Internet ExplorerWhen using Windows Vista or Windows 7, add https://fold3.com as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click on "Tools"
- "Internet Options"
- "Security" tab
- "Trusted Sites"
- "Sites" button
- Click "Add" to include https://www.fold3.com/ as a trusted site

- The Fold3 Viewer will not load (Screen is black)

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling your Flash Player plug-in. To do this, follow the instructions below.
Uninstall Flash- Download the appropriate uninstaller from: Adobe Flash Uninstaller
- Run the uninstaller, making sure that all browsers and other applications are closed
Visit Adobe Flash Player. Follow the instructions given there.
Try using Chrome BrowserIf the problem continues please try Google's Chrome Browser —free download.

Fold3 needs to verify your email before you can upload, add annotations and more.
Check account details and see if your email is correct. If it is correct, look for a message from accounts@fold3.com and click on the link you find in the message.

- The message may take a few minutes to arrive.
- Is your email address correct? If not, you can edit your email address here or from Account Details.
- Check your junk email box.
