This is MACR 6090 for B-25J 43-4018. It is inside the filmstrip for MACR 6091 B-24H 41-29345, and it is incomplete, since the front page of the MACR itself is missing. An attempt to search for MACR 6090 from the Report Number field of the main MACR search page fails. Please extract 6090 from 6091 and create its own (complete) filmstrip. I would note also that MACR 6089 B-25J 43-4042 cannot be found on the main MACR search page. Please locate and correct. And why have you made it so hard to inform you of errors? Frank Olynyk.

About this Publication Title

Missing Air Crew Reports, WWII

In May 1943, the Army Air Forces recommended the adoption of a special form, the Missing Air Crew Report (MACR), devised to record relevant facts of the last known circumstances regarding missing air crews, providing a means of integrating current data with information obtained later from other sources in an effort to conclusively determine the fate of the missing personnel. MACRs are arranged by year and aircraft serial number, which is also known as the tail number.
